These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the cedarvillehotel.com website (the “Site”), operated by Cedarville Hotel Management LLC (“Cedarville Hotel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our property, view our rooms and amenities, and contact us or begin a reservation. You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware, bots, scrapers, or other harmful or automated tools.

Reservations & bookings

Room reservations are processed through our third-party booking provider, innRoad. When you book, you are also subject to innRoad's terms and to our hotel policies, including rates, check-in/check-out times, deposit and payment terms, cancellation rules, and our pet policy. Rates, availability, and policies shown on the Site are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking. In the event of an obvious error in pricing or availability, we reserve the right to correct it and to decline or cancel an affected reservation.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Cedarville Hotel Management LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links & services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (such as innRoad, mapping providers, and our social media pages). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section does not affect your rights or our obligations under any confirmed reservation, which are governed by our hotel policies and the booking provider's terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cedarville Hotel Management LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version here. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
