Cedarville Hotel(“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cedarvillehotel.com, book a room, or contact us — and how we use it.

Information we collect

Reservation details you provide through our booking partner (innRoad): name, contact information, payment card, dates of stay, and any special requests.
Contact-form submissions: name, email, phone, subject, and message you send us via the Contact page.
Basic server logs: like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and reliability.
Advertising identifiers: cookies set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and the click identifiers (fbclid, gclid, wbraid, gbraid) that Meta or Google add to the web address when you arrive here from one of our ads.

How we use it

To process and confirm your reservation.
To respond to questions you send us through the Contact page or email.
To send transactional messages about your booking (confirmation, keypad code, check-in instructions). Standard message and data rates may apply.
To keep the website secure, available, and working properly (using the basic server logs described above).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share some of it, as described below. Sharing data with an advertising platform counts as “sharing” under California law, which is why we spell it out here.

innRoad, our reservations and payment processor. Their booking engine runs its own advertising and analytics tags, governed by their privacy policy.
Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website, stores its images, and delivers our transactional email.
Resend, which delivers messages sent through our Contact page.

Advertising & tracking

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to support that. The pixel sets cookies and reports your activity on this site — pages viewed, and when you start a booking — to Meta. That lets us measure which ads lead to reservations, and show ads to people who have visited us or who resemble our past guests. This is what privacy laws call cross-context behavioral advertising.

Related: when you arrive from one of our ads, the web address carries a click identifier. We store it and re-attach it to your booking link so that a reservation you complete on innRoad can be credited to the ad you clicked. It identifies the ad, not you by name.

Advertising cookies are on by default and this site does not offer an on-page opt-out control. If you would rather we did not share your information for advertising, email us and we will stop.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your California and other state privacy rights

Some states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Texas — give residents specific rights over their personal information. We extend the following to every visitor, wherever you live:

Correct or delete it.
