Cedarville Hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful Les Cheneaux Islands and centrally positioned in the eastern upper peninsula between Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, St.Ignace, Sault Ste. Marie, Detour Village, and Drummond Island!
Amenities
The pool and hot tub are not yet ready for guest use at this time, but the conference room is available for rent at $75 per day. We have free Starlink WiFi and there are TVs and mini fridges in every room as well as microwaves and daily brewed coffee and treats available in the lobby area. Cots, hair dryers, and irons with boards can be checked out at the front desk.
Policies
- Payments/Refund Policy: 100% of the total cost of your reservation is due at the time of booking. As long as you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your arrival time, you can get 100% refunded.
- Taxes: All rates are "plus tax," which includes 6% Michigan Sales Tax and 1% Upper Peninsula Travel & Recreation Tax.
- Check-in/Checkout Policy: Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Checkout is by 10am. Please do not leave any food items or drinks in the fridge or freezer even if they are unopened...unless it's beer:)
- We do not do daily cleanings for multi-night stays
- Courtesy: Loud music is not allowed at anytime, but after 10pm we have courtesy hours/quiet time Regardless of the time of day, please be respectful of your neighbor. There is no smoking indoors and a fee of $25 for any cigarette butt that does not make it into the ashtray/trash can.
- Septics and Plumbing: Do NOT flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper (no tampons, napkins, or paper towel). You will be responsible for any damages you cause to the septic.
- Damages: You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests. We understand accidents happen and just want to be notified when they do so that we can address them ASAP. If you notice that something isn't right, such as a slow flushing toilet or water leak, please tell us right away.
- Last but not least, don't be the one that makes us add to this list of policies! Follow the rules and be respectful to others, and we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
Dog Policies
Our pet fee is $10 per night per dog (two dogs maximum)
- Please do not leave your pet alone in the room
- Please keep your pets off the beds and furniture (if there is pet hair on the blankets, there will be an additional fee)
- We are sorry, but no cats are allowed
- We reserve the right to refuse a dog because of its breed and/or size
- Dogs that do not play well with other pets and people are NOT welcome for safety reasons
